PROBLEM | Problems customers face

Compute is becoming enterprise infrastructure

AI now sits at the core of enterprise operations, making compute as fundamental as power and connectivity. Yet most companies still have to manage site selection, MEP systems, cooling, clusters, and operations themselves.

SOLUTION | KONST's approach

Full-project delivery, or a single stage

Your existing resources set the scope of the engagement. Clients starting from scratch can commission the whole project, with go-live in as little as 4 months. Clients that already have some resources can start at a single stage: procurement, validation, or rental.

  1. Problem

    Specs do not match,
so high-density equipment cannot find a data center

Power per rack, air intake conditions, rack weight capacity, and power distribution type must each be checked against the equipment specs. A mismatch on any one of them usually means reconfiguring entire rows of racks or the site itself, and adjusting settings will not solve it.

    GPU Colocation
    Problem

    The workload is clear,
but data center and staffing gaps remain

The size of the workload can already be estimated. What is missing is a site that can carry it: power distribution and cooling for high-power racks, staff on duty 24 hours a day, and site checks before the equipment moves in.

    Compute Rental
    Problem

Delivering the equipment does not mean someone takes over daily operations

Transfer of ownership does not mean someone takes over the daily work. Alerts need dedicated on-duty staff, hardware faults need someone to open an RMA and chase it until the parts arrive, and the cluster network needs someone to isolate faulty nodes. All of this begins after go-live.

    Data Center Operations
    Problem

    Mistakes in high-density data centers
    show up only after power-on

Traditional data center design experience mostly comes from low power density loads. When it is applied to GPUs at tens of kilowatts per rack, hot spots, airflow short-circuiting, and power distribution problems often appear only after power-on, and fixing them costs far more than adjusting before construction.

    Digital Twin
    4monthsFastest Go Live
    Approach

    Full-project delivery

The hardware configuration is worked out from the investment size. Site selection, build, validation, and go-live operations are all delivered under one contract.

    Approach

    Single-stage engagement

If you already have some resources, you can enter at a specific stage, for example by commissioning only hardware procurement, cabling validation, or compute rental.

SERVICES

Konstra AI services

AI compute hardware infrastructure

Turnkey delivery of a data center that can take compute loads right away, covering site selection and civil works, MEP planning, environmental control, and GPU clusters.

Data Center Operations

24/7 on-site staff and remote monitoring, covering monitoring and alerts, fault troubleshooting, and UFM cluster network operations.

Rental & Colocation

GPU bare metal is delivered on year-scale rental terms, or you can place your own equipment in colocation. Capacity and network environment are both ready.

FEATURE | Service scope and specifications

Three forms of compute delivery,
chosen by workload type

Use bare metal for long-term full-load work, cloud for elastic workloads, and token metering when you only need model capability. Choose any one of the three by workload type, or combine them.

Compute Delivery
Konstra AI

Bare-metal delivery

Exclusive use of whole batches of GPU servers: physical machines with no virtualization layer, supplied directly on long-term contracts, with full performance available.

Virtualization and container delivery

Virtualized clusters and containerized scheduling: billed by the minute and ready to use on demand, with frameworks and drivers already installed when the environment is provisioned.

Horizon AI

Token-metered delivery

Model calls metered by token: one key connects to multiple models, usage is attributed to accounts per request, and quotas are allocated from the top down.

One KONST delivers every stage of the compute chain

KONST was founded in 2024 and is headquartered in Nangang, Taipei. It operates its own high-power data centers and has delivered several sites in Taiwan and overseas. Its services cover the whole value chain: investment, build, operations, rental, and enterprise adoption.

FAQ | Common questions

FAQ

Where can I rent GB200/B300/H100 bare metal in Taiwan?
KONST's self-built data centers supply bare metal directly on long-term contracts. Current models include NVIDIA B300, B200, H200, H100, and GB200.
How long does it take to build an AI data center?
A turnkey AI data center targets Go-Live in 4 to 6 months. The scope covers site assessment, MEP retrofit, cooling configuration, and validation testing, and the result is a data center that can take compute loads immediately.
What is KONST's advantage in AIDC?
A single point of contact takes on the whole service line. Site assessment, MEP retrofit, rack delivery, and 24/7 operations are all handled by the same team, so you do not need to work separately with a data center operator, a systems integrator, and an operations vendor.
What certifications and safeguards do KONST's data centers have?
KONST's data centers in Taiwan, whether self-operated or operated on behalf of others, hold ISO 27001:2022 data security certification. The facilities carry earthquake and fire insurance, with 20kW high-density racks and round-the-clock support. Average PUE is 1.28.

Still deciding which delivery model fits?

We recommend a delivery model and pricing approach based on your workload and data requirements.
