Temperature, humidity, chilled water pipe temperature, and power faults are pushed in real time to the mobile devices of on-duty staff. The full handling process is recorded, which supports 24/7 operations.
PUE and availability data source
With the digital power meter platform integrated, PUE becomes an operating metric that can be measured and disclosed externally. Availability reports are produced by the same system.
Access logs and video retention
Access records, CCTV video, and AI recognition alerts are what colocation customers and auditors request most often, and they also support the physical security controls of ISO 27001.
